We offer flat-rate shipping across the continental US. Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days via UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer international shipping for your home decor items?
Currently, we only ship within North America. However, we are working on expanding our logistics to support international interior enthusiasts in the near future.
What is your return policy for furniture and accessories?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original packaging and some oversized furniture may incur a restocking fee.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
